Swim-lanes view: third view mode showing each order as its own horizontal track. Three time modes: Sequence (default, evenly-spaced events with delta connectors between them), Per-order time, and Global time.
Smart table columns: when all visible rows share the same peer or order, those columns auto-collapse into a small context strip above the table. Filter to one order and the table simplifies itself.
Clickable context-strip chips: click peer X to pin a peer filter, click order X to toggle a trace on that order (persists across filter changes).
Smart Order column: shows the root order ID by default so every message in a cancel/replace chain lines up under the same ID. Cancel/Replace requests show their new ClOrdID with a ↳ new badge, since that ID becomes the replacement's identity. Hover any ID for the full chain (own / orig / root). Row color-accent groups related messages too.
Compact peer indicator: when peer is hoisted, the column shrinks to just the direction arrow (color-coded send/recv) so per-row direction is never lost.
Dedicated Order column with truncated UUIDs, color-matched to the order's correlation accent.
Overview pane when nothing's selected: instead of empty space, the detail pane shows totals, reject warnings, per-order summary cards (clickable to jump), and peer/symbol breakdown.
Multiple ways to deselect: Esc, click the selected row again, or the × button in the detail header.
Order Journey auto-scroll: clicking a step in the lifecycle timeline keeps it centered in view, preserving context as you navigate.

JSON-wrapped log unwrap (Go zap, k8s, Logstash, custom JSON arrays)

ANSI escape code stripping and URL/HTML entity decoding
